Batman is back and this time hemust protect Gotham city from two evil villans, the Penguin and Catwoman. Bruce Wayne isalso in a romanic relationship with Selina Kyle who is Catwoman but neither know of who each other really are yet. Max Shreck is also in against Batman by helping the Penguin to become Mayer of Gotham, but all of them have underestimated the bat.
