In the early 70’s Ron Stallworth becomes the first black man to be hired as a police officer in the Colorado Springs Police Department. Initially assigned to work in the records room Ron requests a transfer to go undercover and infiltrate the local Ku Klux Klan branch. Being black Ron decides to be the voice over the phone while his Jewish partner Flip acts as Ron Stallworth in person. Delving into the KKK Ron and Flip find themselves in dangerous situations while trying to uncover weather or not they are a real threat to the black and Jewish residents of their town. When Ron speaks directly to David Duke, the grand wizard of the KKK, the situation escalates when he realizes he will have to meet him in person.
