After a motorcycle accident in Las Angeles, 1945, War-veteran Frank is inadvertently transported to a cartoon alternate universe. Fast forward fifty years and Frank is now a ‘Cool World’ police detective working amongst crazy and dangerous toons, including the seductive Holli Would, a creation of the famous cartoonist Jack Deebs. Jack is an ex-convict who has started randomly transporting to Cool World, he soon discovers he is inside his creations. Jack is fooled by Holli who wants to use him to become human and travel to earth where she intends on finding the ‘Spike of Power’ an artifact that can bring Cool World to the real world. Frank must work hard to stop Holli and reveal to Jack her plans before the crossover becomes permanent.
