The true story of four Jewish brothers, Tuvia, Zus, Asael and Aron Bielski, who during WWII fled into the forests of thethen German-occupied Poland and Belorussia. Over the following weeks and months the brother were joined by other survivors and Russian resistance fighters and together their company grew to over 1000 Jewish non-combatants. Together with Tuvia Bielski leading, the Jews built makeshift houses and small villages, grooming hunters for food, wives for the men, guards and scouts as well as gathering weapons and ammunition in case of an attack. The winters proved the toughest for the group but the surrounding German’s made it impossible to leave the forest, so where will they go
