Deja Vu

In New Orleans, a ferry carrying U.S Navy sailors and families across the Mississippi river is blown up in a terrorist car bombing, killing hundreds. ATF Special Agent Doug Carlin discovers evidence of explosives confirming the attack, however when Doug is shown a body of a woman who was seemingly killed in the blast, it is confirmed she washed up shortly before the attack. Doug is approached by FBI Special Agent Paul Pryzwarra, who introduces him to a new governmental unit who utilize a surveillance program called ‘Snow White’ allowing them to use previous satellite footage to re-form images of events four-and-a-half days in the past. Doug uses this to follow the dead woman, Claire, and her steps leading up to the attack, as her car was used for the bombing. With this new tech Doug pushes it to the extreme to see if he can affect the past and hopefully prevent the attack from ever occurring.
