Michele Leblanc is raped in her home by an assailant wearing a ski mask, she doesn’t call the police or let anybody know immediately. Michele is the head of a successful video game company that she runs with her best friend Anna, Michele is having an affair with her husband, Robert. Her son Vincent is going out with a horrible pushy woman who is having his baby, but is it really his?, Michele has an ex-husband who now has a young girlfriend whom she is concerned about, her aging mother is also with a man young enough to be her grandson and now Michele is beginning to take an interest in her new neighbor across the street, Patrick who is married to Rebecca. All the while preparing for her attacker to return, we see glimpses into Michele’s childhood surrounding her fathers dark past and why she wont rely on the police or anyone else.
