Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society

In 2034, two years after the Major left Public Security Sector 9, Togusa is in charge of a new case where a string of mysterious suicides may be linked to a hacker known as the “Puppeteer”. Now sixteen children have also been kidnapped, but a conspiracy proves that they are part of a larger group of 20,000 missing children, somehow linked to the Noble Rot Senior Citizens organization. Batou is also doing some investigating of his own which has led to the conclusion that the Major could be involved in the case to some degree, but how far in is she.
