Description:
Charlie is a nice guy living in Rhode Island as a state trooper, being as nice as he is the locals push him around and don’t take him seriously. When Charlie’s wife leaves him with her three sons from an affair he begins to go a little nutty and when he is pushed to far his new alter ego Hank comes out to play. Hank is insane, he lives on the stored up anger and rage that Charlie never usedwhich makes him very unpredictable. Charlie has to return alleged fugitive Irene back to upstate New York but they end up on the run from corrupt cops, socan Charlie control Hank on the journey or will it become a hell ride with Hank at the wheel
