Near Dark

Mid-Western farm boy Caleb is reluctantly turned into a vampire after driving Mae (a new girl) home to her undead friends one night. Now banded together with Jesse, Severen, Diamondback, Homer and Mae, Caleb must fight to survive as he is pressured to make his first kill or be killed. Roaming the highways in stolen cars the pact struggle to get Caleb to make his kill as they assault a hick bar and even his own father and sister who are out searching for him. Ultimately Caleb must decide to either make a kill and stay with his new family or suffer the consequences of breaking free and trying to get home before the sun rises.
