A few months before Katie and Micah’s troubles began, Katie’s sister, Kristi and her husband Daniel have their new house burgled just after moving in. Daniel has a daughter, Ali, and they also have a young son Hunter, who seems to be witnessing strange happenings at night. After the family install motion detector cameras throughout the house, each night noises and strange movements occur within the house, each night getting worse and worse. Doors opening, pots falling, creaking stairs and a pool vacuum with a mind of its own, soon Kristi and Ali become convinced an evil spirit has entered the house, though Daniel is skeptical, that is until a full blown attack on Kristi proves their theories undeniable.
