The Last of the Resistance led by General Leia is surrounded by the First Order who are coming down hard on their depleting shields, while Poe hatches a plan with Finn and Rose about a code breaker who could help them turn the tables. Rey has finally found Luke on the tiny island of Ahch-To where he has cut himself off from the world due to a disaster he blames himself for in his past, Rey must work with Luke to learn the ways of the force and bring him back to help fight the dark side. Kylo Ren is struggling to prove himself to his master the Supreme Leader Snoke who believes he is conflicted with a light and dark side but Kylo has a sinister plan to take control and get back at the people who he believes failed him.
