In an alternate 1860’s Britain where everything is fueled by the power of steam we follow three generations of the Steam family all opposing each other and their views on steam-power and the future of science. James Ray Steam is a young inventor who receives his grandfather steam ball invention in the mail and is told to keep it away from the O’Hara foundation and his father Edward, who plans on using its power to a dangerous extent. Ray is chased by thugs working for the O’Hara’s looking to acquire the ball until he ends up inside his fathers invention, the Steam Castle. Grandfather Lloyd has also made it to the castle in an effort to destroy it before it wipes out London.
