Swiss Army Man

Hank is about to hang himself on a desert island when he discovers a dead body washed ashore. The body is half alive and Hank befriends it calling him Manny. Over the following days and weeks Hank’s friendship with Manny seems to be bringing him slowly back to life, also as he recollects memories from when he was alive. Trying to survive becomes easier with the special abilities that Manny seems to have which gives the two friends a good shot at making it home.
