Twenty years have past since Mark Renton took off overseas after stealing the drug money from his friends Spud, Simon and Franco. After suffering a heart attack Mark returns home too seek out Spud and Simon and hopefully set things straight, Simon is furious but Franco has been planning his revenge in prison for twenty years, now broken free and on the hunt, Mark is in danger of being killed. Meanwhile Mark has entered a new business proposition with Simon and his girlfriend Veronika, to open a brothel disguised as a sauna, turning the upper floor of his small dingy pub into a hot new hangout.
