Description:
Ten-year-old Sophie is a lonely orphan who cant sleep, she believes at 3am a mysterious event takes place and people go missing. Sophie stays awake and sees for herself a giant outside the orphanage, it takes her back to giant country when she sees him. At first Sophie is scared but she son realises the giant is friendly and quite gentle, she names him the Big Friendly Giant. The BFG is the runt of the giants though and all the other giants including Fleshlumpeater andBloodbottlerlove to eat human beans as they call them. Sophie and the BFG must come up with a plan to save the both of them from these dangerous giants by convincing the Queen of England to help rid them of their problem.
