Description:
Escaped prisoner Charlie ‘Bubber’ Reeves is on the run and everybody thinks he will return to his small Southernhome town where a panic is slowly brewing. Most people in town believe Sherriff Calder is a puppet to the towns richest man Val Rogers and he will do whatever Val asks but the Sherriff is out to prove the townspeople he is on their side. Val’s son Jake is worried because he is having an affair with Bubber’s wife Anna, Sherriff Calder works with Jake and Anna to bring Bubber in safe and unharmed but he will have to oppose the mob violence and Val Rogers to do so.
