Description:
When his estranged friends daughter Amanda goes missing, Ex-police officer James promises to look into it for her mother, only to discover a deep and dark rabbit hole. James is led to a group of Amanda’s school friends who seem to be paranoid after playing a stupid game summoning a terrifying supernatural entity known only as the Empty Man. Soon events that occur make James realize the seriousness of what Amanda and her friends where into, following a trail to an organization or cult called the Pontifex Institute, James gets himself in a dangerous position by unwillingly putting himself into the game the teens played and now the Empty Man seems more real as he begins seeing and hearing things in the night, and now a trail leading 20 years into the past is about to open up on him.
