The Fifth Element

For centuries a secret order of priests have been watching over an alien weapon that consists of the four classical elements contained within engraved stones and a sarcophagus containing a mysterious ‘fifth element’. Now in the future 23rd century the great evil returns in deep space as a giant fireball seeking to destroy all life and the fifth element could be the only way of stopping it. When the sarcophagus is opened and the original occupant is reanimated through biotechnology, a humanoid woman called Leeloo appears. Leeloo is confused and scared, she escapes the facility and winds up with a down-on-his-luck taxi driver, Korben Dallas. Together Korben and Leeloo find the priest, Vito Cornelius, who can possibly help them keep evil and Mr. Zorg at bay.
