Description:
Jeffrey Wigand has worked as a research chemist for Brown & Williamson, a giant American tobacco company, and has now decided to take the information he knows and bust the company wide open. 60 Minutes producer Lowell Bergman receives files from Jeffrey who then proceeds to follow it up as he sees it becoming one of the biggest stories of hidden secrets and lies within a giant corporation. Jeffrey soon realizes the danger he has put himself and his family in as he goes to war with Big Tobacco, who will do anything to stop him from airing the 60 minutes expose or unveiling their secrets in court. In the end Jeffrey has to decide weather its worth the possibility of going to jail and loosing his family to bust open a story that the public needs to hear.
