In the great American wilderness, deer hunter Buck Ferguson and his trusty cameraman Don have made a life out of shooting wildlife survival/hunting videos. Now Buck has the idea to bring his estranged son, Jaden, along for a new episode to reconnect with him since the divorce. Jaden’s mother is looking to remarry to Greg, a father figure to Jaden whom he looks up to more than Buck, however this weekend, Buck believes he can change that. While on the trail of a big whitetail deer, Buck is preparing Jaden for the big kill, believing they will bond on their journey, however it doesn’t seem to be working. Though maybe there is another way Buck and Jaden can finally see eye to eye and have that father son relationship Buck has always desired.
