The Manchurian Candidate

Years after his service as a commander in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War, Major Bennett Marco begins experiencing a vivid dream of the events that occurred in Kuwait, Sergeant Raymond Shaw single-handedly rescued their squadron during an ambush and was awarded the Medal of Honor. Now Raymond is the front runner for Vice President as his ruthless mother Senator Eleanor Shaw has used her influence to get him the position. However now Marco is beginning to unravel the mystery of what actually happened in the war, the story is a lie and the members of the squad were all brainwashed to believe and tell the same heroic tale of Sergeant Shaw. Only now certain people still have the power of control over Shaw and Marco and can bend them to their will.
