Sam is an aimless, disenchanted loner living in a small apartment complex in Silver Lake, Las Angeles. He is interested in hidden messages and conspiracy theories, leading his curiosity to follow a local report of dog killings in his area. Sam begins an investigation of his own when his new neighbor, Sarah, has suddenly moved out in the night, following strange symbols and people leaving her apartment, Sam is led down a spiraling rabbit hole. Leading him to strange secret parties, underground tunnels, millionaire mansions and a homeless King in the Hollywood hills, Sam becomes more and more confused at the deep conspiracy going on around him, but what does it all add up to.
