Viva Zapata!

In 1909, a poor Mexican Mestizo known as Emiliano Zapata arrives in Mexico City to complain to the President about his land being taken and only having the barren hills left. Zapata is soon arrested and in danger but his fellow Mexican’s free him and he stands up as leader in a rebellion against the corrupt and oppressive President Diaz. Soon Zapata is married and known throughout the land, though the fight is becoming too much for him to handle and he is left battling his own choices more than the opposing forces.
