Less than two weeks before the presidential election, the president is caught making advances on an underage girl in the oval office. Immediately Conrad Brean, a professional spin doctor/fixer is brought in to clean up the mess. With only days before the presidents fate is sealed, Conrad works with film producer, Stanley Motss, to come up with a fake war in Albania to draw the attention from the scandal. The president is made to look like a hero as he declares war, Stanley puts together fake war footage and the headlines change. When the story begins to fall apart, Stanley comes up with a hero, left behind enemy lines for the people to be inspired by, a nickname and song begin to circulate and the campaign looks to be running smooth again. Though nothing Conrad and Stanley have done can ever be revealed, Stanley wants the credit when it all wraps, which is a very unwise decision.
